We offer a range of appointments
that can be customised to suit you.
Anyone new to the business will start with an initial appointment of 60 minutes. We strongly believe in spending the time with you to really get to know you and what is going on. From there on, we can customise your appointment length to your needs. We never do appointments less than 30mins, as we don’t believe physiotherapy can be effective in such a short time frame.
At this stage, we are unfortunately not able to take on compensable clients. This includes Workers Compensation, MAIB, and Veterans Affairs. We do accept Medicare clients under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, but you will be required to pay the full fee upfront and claim the rebate yourself. All private health funds are accepted, but you will also need to claim the rebate back yourself. These arrangements may change in time.

At The Fix Physiotherapy Clinical Pilates is only offered on a 1:1 basis, therefore appointment lengths and costs are the same as standard appointments.
We do offer Tele-health. Please advise us if you would prefer this option when you are booking your appointment.
